RailClick sells tickets on behalf of rail companies and does not charge VAT on rail travel; this is the responsibility of the rail companies.
If VAT is charged on rail travel (usually within the EU), it will be displayed on your ticket, or you can request an invoice directly from the rail provider if you need to recover VAT for your business account.
RailClick does charge VAT on booking fees, which are displayed on your confirmation email.
Invoices with VAT number for your tickets, if available, are paid directly by the train operator.
