Many of the train companies we work with will compensate you if your train is delayed for more than 60 minutes.
Why you may not receive compensation
If your train was cancelled and you did not travel, please see How can I get a refund for delayed or cancelled train? for information on requesting a refund.
If your delay was caused by a planned disruption or the use of an emergency timetable, compensation is not available. You may not be compensated for delays caused by factors beyond the rail industry's control. However, each company's policy may differ, so it's best to check with them directly.
